New York State Snow Sculpting Championships 2004

This is the 19th annual event placed on rotation in New York that attracts thousands of spectators. 
A 72 hr. sculpt-a-thon wherein 36 artists will vie for a single guaranteed entry into The U.S. National Snow-Sculpting Championships 2005, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.  
12 teams will carve a 12-ton block of packed Man - Made snow with hand tools into world-class works of art. 
Personal Communication with the artists is enjoyable and educational.
