The organization exists to fill the needs of SNOW & ICE Sculptors in New York State and the United States for the development, training, education and promotion of new and existing Snow & Ice Sculpting Teams.

Established to promote the advancement of the artists in
Snow & Ice Sculpting
entering different levels of competition,
such as Regional, State, National, International,
and Olympic competitions and exhibitions, in
NY State.
