Evolution
Goals for this unit are:
- Understand that evolution is a process of change.
- Recognize that evolutionary theory is supported by observations and inferences from many branches of science.
- Describe some of the supporting data for evolutionary theory.
- Discuss the historical development of the evolutionary theory.
- Describe a hypothesis which attempts to explain how primitive environmental conditions may have contributed to the formation of the first forms of life.
